The 2nd bedroom has 2 large single beds custom-built into the room shape to make best use of space and the natural light. This also allows for plenty of floor space, in-built storage and a built-in work desk. The bathroom provides full facilities including a large walk in shower and plenty of natural light. The apartment has a second toilet near the entrance.
Terraces: the roof of the apartment is a large terrace area and there is an additional terrace area in front of the apartment accessible from all rooms via the glass doors.

Our Lake Maggiore holiday apartment is set into the ground, as the property slopes down towards the lake. This gives a lovely separation allowing for the apartment to be quite private from the rest of the property. It also has its own garden in front of the lake, and its own entrances, quite separate from the main property.
