Cancellation terms.​
Cancellation is 20% up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 50% of the rate as a cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room on. If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to the date of arrival, we charge you 90% of the rate as a cancellation fee, if we could not sell the room on.

Damage to the property.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property. We are insured and in order for us to claim on this we ask the guests to please make us aware of any accidents immediately after they happen. Although we do not guarantee that this will not result in any charge to the guest we will work diligently to ensure any costs, such as insurance excess or uncovered claims are kept as low as possible. We will make every effort to rectify any damage keeping any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Should damage come to light after the guest has departed, insurance would not be applicable and we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
